Nearly 300 SafeCare BC Members & Care Providers have participated in the “Creating Connections” workshop since September 2014.
SafeCare BC is pleased to have held its fifth dementia care training workshop in partnership with Alzheimer Society of B.C. To date, over 290 care providers have participated in the workshop titled Creating Connections: Working with Individuals with Dementia.
“Since its launch, we have had an outstanding uptake on our Creating Connections workshop series,” says Jennifer Lyle, ED, SafeCare BC. “Thank you for the continued support as we work to provide continuing care staff with the tools and education to provide their best person centered care.”
