Huddles aren’t just for football players!

SafeCare BC is proud to reveal the new Safety Huddle Handbook, available on our website and our app.

Safety huddles are a great way to engage staff in relevant and timely conversations about their workplace health and safety. They encourage a continuous and open dialogue about safety in your organization and promote a culture of well-being for staff and the people they care for. Safety huddles can be short, informal meetings to provide staff opportunities to discuss workplace incidents and practice their skills.

With a total of 26 different huddle topics, the Safety Huddle Handbook serves workers in both long-term care and home and community care.
