The past 18 months have taken an immense toll on our mental health and well-being – especially for those working in the healthcare sector. We’ve heard you, and we want to help.

SafeCare BC has teamed up with a local organization called CheckingIn. They’ve partnered with the University of British Columbia to create a simple, effective, and evidence-based tool to increase mental health self-awareness and to better manage stress and anxiety.

We’re inviting you to participate in a FREE 30-day well-being challenge, starting November 1.

What is the challenge?
The 30-day challenge is designed to help you build self-awareness about your
well-being.

At the end of the challenge, you’ll receive a comprehensive report about your well-being. Check out an example report by clicking here.

Are there any costs?
No. The 30-day challenge is totally free.

If you want to continue folloing the challenge, you’ll get a SafeCare BC exclusive offer – 50% off an annual or monthly membership. That’s $19.99 for the year, or $3.25 per month. A membership not only allows you to track your progress, but also gives you access to simple exercises to manage stress and anxiety, plus monthly talks from healthcare experts.

If you’re not interested, no problem. There’s no obligation to purchase a membership.

I’m interested in the challenge. How do I register?

Sign up for the challenge at www.checkingin.co/safecarebc. All you need is your first name and email.

You can attend the information webinar on Monday, November 1 at 12 p.m. (If you can’t attend the live webinar, we’ll provide a link to a recording.)

After the webinar, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to download the app and participate in the challenge.

Each day, check in for 30 seconds on how you’re feeling – and that’s it.
