Care for Caregivers: Coping with Grief

June 28 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In this 1.5-hour workshop, participants will have a safe space to share their experiences with COVID-19 and how it’s affected them.

This is an opportunity for caregivers to hear, and be heard, by those who’ve had similar experiences – to talk about, process, and better understand their emotions and the impacts. It’s an opportunity, not only to cope with these emotions but to begin healing.

These conversations can be difficult. To give time and space to those who are comfortable sharing, we are limiting this session to 20 people.

This session will be facilitated by Josephine Tite, who holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and has provided years of coaching to elders in long-term care. She’s committed to meeting participants where they’re at, wherever that may be, and facilitating a session that has the most benefit to those attending.

Registration can be completed on the Care for Caregivers website
