About Hearts and Hands
With the goal of celebrating, educating and inspiring, the Hearts and Hands conference has become the must-attend event for health care assistants in BC.
The conference is an opportunity to thank and acknowledge the work health care assistants do, and provide them with a fantastic educational program.
This year, SafeCare BC is pleased to announce Teepa Snow, one of the world’s leading advocates and educators for dementia care, will be delivering the keynote presentation and a breakout session at both conferences. .
The 2019 conferences will be held at the Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre in Langley on October 22, and the Songhees Wellness Centre in Victoria on October 24.

Hearts and Hands Conference in Langley will be held at the Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre on October 22.
Attendees will be given the opportunity to listen to the world-renowned Teepa Snow deliver the event’s keynote presentation. After the keynote, attendees will take part in a Teepa Snow-lead breakout session.
Additionally, the Langley conference will be host to two other unique breakout sessions that will add diversity and richness to the day.

Health care assistants are the unsung heroes of our health system, and we rely on organizations to help ensure a reasonable conference registration fee, while providing a rich program lower the conference registration fee, and provide a program that aims to celebrate, educate, and inspire.
