TIDE was created by a nurse at one of Sienna Senior Living’s communities. It can lead to improved incident response capabilities, increased organizational resilience, and a proactive approach to managing incidents, thereby minimizing the risk of future incidents and their impact.

What has been the impact on workplace health and safety?
TIDE helps us to learn from mistakes, provides opportunities for continuous improvement, identifies strengths and weaknesses, enhances teamwork and communication, builds a culture of learning and accountability, and ensures compliance with reporting regulations.
